The ISIC is offered to full time students aged 12 years and above (no upper age limit).  The ISIC can be used as identification (not in the US) in different places in multiple countries worldwide.

The ISIC card is $20 without travel insurance, for an additional fee, ISIC has insurance coverage and provides three different plans of coverage basic (add’l $5), premium (add’l $79), and explorer (add’l $179) per year.
