Ketour Travel Club Ready for 2019: Part 2

2019 is just around the corner and Ketour Travel is gearing up for its first two trips of the year! To join Ketour Travel Club and be a part of all the activities visit  and purchase a membership by paying the membership in full or the monthly payment plan. Once you sign up, you are eligible to sign up and join the trip(s) to Ghana and Dubai.

You have plenty of time to secure your vacation time and prepare to travel. The second trip to Dubai & Abu Dhabi will be 8 days/7 nights of sheer history, culture, amazement and shopping. The tour will begin with the arrival of the travel club members to Dubai on October 19th with a greeting by the driver and transfer to Radisson Blu Hotel on the Dubai waterfront.

Day 2 will begin with the heritage area of Bastakiya and the 225-year-old For of Al Fahidi, which houses the Dubai museum. You will enjoy a traditional Abra boat ride across the Dubai creek.  Afterwards, there will be plenty of shopping as your guide will lead you to the Gold & Spice Souks where you can buy anything. After shopping, the guide will stop for photo ops at the Jumeirah Mosque and the Burj Al Arab the only seven-star hotel in the world.

Day 3 will include a drive to Dubai Marina then drive across the Palm Jumeirah with a photo op at the Atlantis Hotel. You will continue to Souk Madinat Jumeirah and meander through the bazaar-like atmosphere. After this enjoy a visit to Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world. You will then end the day with a visit to the Burj Khalifa at the 124th level where you can get a great view of the city.

Day 4 will begin with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is the fourth biggest in the world. The tour continues into the heart of the city, Union Square before a drive down to Corniche. While on the tour you will pass the Emirates Palace and move onto Heritage Village. Finally, you will enjoy photo ops beside Yas Island and Ferrari World.

Day 5, you will head to Khasab in Musandam. On a 4WD Mountain Safari to Jebel Harim you will pass scenic routes through the mountain and valleys with amazing panoramic views. Next, you will visit a centuries – old village house, Bait Al Qafl and the lush natural park of Khalidiya with its many acacia trees.

Day 6, you will have a full fay Dhow cruise to Khor Sham in azure waters through the majestic fjord (Khor) surrounded by mountains and remote white sand beaches. At the entrance of the fjord you can enjoy dolphin watching.  The Dhow will anchor at Telegraph and Seebi island during the cruise for swimming and snorkeling in the pristine waters.

Day 7 will start out with Dune bashing in some of the highest dunes in the region. You will have a chance to enjoy activities such as sandboarding, camel rides, henna, and photos in local attire at an authentic Bedouin campsite. While eating a delicious barbecue, shawarma, or a vegetarian option for dinner you will be enchanted by belly dancing and a Tannoura dance performance.

On Day 8, you will prepare to return to your homes. This tour will leave you with a new-found love for Dubai and all the opulence it has to offer.
