Many of us travelers are looking for a bargain when booking our airlines tickets. Often, this means purchasing a coach or economy airline ticket. Most of the seating on an airplane is in the coach section with less space allocated for business and first-class travelers. The main benefit of flying coach is the price of the ticket compared to first-class. In economy, the rows tend to be space closer together, the seats have limited recline, and the seats are smaller. Flying coach be uncomfortable for those who are larger or taller than average and may benefit from sitting in business or first-class. The cost of purchasing a business class or first-class airline ticket can be hard on your wallet, however, there are other ways to get into the class you want.

There are many other ways to receive an upgrade from being early, being late, dressing up, or going to the counter and politely asking for an upgrade.
